Product description The LanParte FANS Series Cage for Sony a7 Series Cameras provides a varied set of mounting options and features a convenient way of attaching/removing the camera. The cage includes a top handle, short 15mm rod, and 1/4"-20 accessory adapter. Between all the components, the cage offers 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting holes, a 1/4"-20 screw, a NATO rail, a cold shoe, ARRI-standard accessory mounts (which have safety pinholes), a 15mm rod port, and a sideways-positioned 15mm rod clamp. All these allow you to attach microphones, NATO rail accessories, monitors, lights, articulating arms, and other gear.
Your camera attaches to the cage using a small, Arca-Swiss-standard quick-release plate. The plate first secures to the bottom of the camera and then inserts into a slot on the cage along with the camera. The plate is rubber-padded for non-slip attachment.
The cage is designed specifically for Sony a7 series cameras and leaves open access to all ports and controls. The complete system is designed with LanParte's signature black and green color scheme. - Key Features
