Product description This Green T.A.S. Fiber-Optic J Sight for Springfield XD & XDM from Laser Ammo is a sight based on 2 Dot sighting system, replacing your existing rear sight. The sight features a luminous dot, pre-aligned in the rear sight notch, and functions as an alignment aid to the front sight. Align the fiber optic Dot with the top of the front sight, on one direct line with the target, the aiming point will be at 6 o'clock. The "one direct line" system, along with the large 2.8 mm dot helps improving target acquisition and accuracy and keeping both eyes open even at longer distances. It also makes it easier and faster for shooters who wear corrective lenses or glasses. The J Sight is simple to install, and its low profile is conductive for carry and fast draw. It also features a ledge for single-handed slide racking in emergency situations. This sight will not work with Springfield XDM 5.25 competition model and Springfield XDS firearms. - Fiber Optic Illumination

After removing the original sights, slide the sight's lug into the slide's dovetail, check alignment and finger-tighten two screws. After checking zero you may drift the sight left or right, when ready, tighten down the screws, and the sight is ready to use.
