This 55" Joe McNally 4-in-1 Umbrella by Lastolite maximizes your creative options by providing two types of bounce diffusion, shoot-through diffusion and a choice of square or circular catchlights in one light shaper. The core translucent umbrella can be used like a softbox with your light source punching through it. Cover it with the opaque white surface for soft, neutral bounce diffusion or swap it out for the silver surface which renders crisp, higher contrast diffusion. You can also slip the square mask over the translucent base to create window-like catchlights in your subject's eyes or to photograph reflective items that benefit from rectilinear catchlights.
