Product description The LS-208 Front-Address Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone from Lauten Audio is a professional microphone that offers a wide frequency response and a dynamic range that can handle loud sound sources without the need for attenuation. It can be used to capture audio for studio, live sound, broadcast recording, and sound reinforcement applications.The LS-208 microphone is powered by 48V phantom power and can handle 135 dB SPL due to its JFET transistor circuit design with balanced transformer output. This gives engineers the ability to capture brilliant recordings of dynamic instruments and environments without sacrificing sound quality. The independent multistage high- and low-cut filters help balance recordings at the microphone and aid in successfully capturing the performance, which reduces the need for mixing.In addition, the LS-208 microphone is fully accessorized and ships with the following: spider shock mount with threaded nut and adjustable elbow joint, hard mount with threaded nut and adjustable elbow joint, foam windscreen to protect the transducer element from plosives, wind, and debris, and a hard case that fits all accessories and is built tough for the rigors of the road. - Full 120 dB (135 dB total) of dynamic range without the need of additional attenuation
