The Roadjack 8 Powered Portable PA System by LD Systems is a portable PA suitable for small sound-reinforcement tasks at conferences, panel discussions, presentations, seminars, small clubs, and outdoor events. It has three separate controllable channels, a 2-band EQ, seven onboard EQ settings in the media player for equalizing different genres of music, and up to 20 hours of battery life.
Its 8" woofer covers the low end to 90 Hz and the 3" tweeter reproduces high frequencies up to 18 kHz. It also has an echo effect on channel one, and a master volume control. There are RCA and TRS mini aux inputs, for listening to music from your tablet, CD player, computer, and more. The built-in MP3 player plays back music via its USB and SD card ports. Also, Bluetooth devices can stream music to the Roadjack 8 from up to 33 feet.
The LCD display indicates playback status, play time, track information, EQ setting, storage medium selection, Bluetooth options and status, and file format. There are six playback modes – Normal, Random / Browse, All, Repeat One, and Repeat Folder. All media player functions are accessible either on the unit or via the remote control (from up to 26').
The Roadjack 8 is constructed of medium-density fiberboard and has built-in wheels and an extendable handle for easy transport. A stand mount enables optimal placement in any space. -
