Product description The Lectrosonics 400 Series wireless microphone systems combine digital hybrid technology, diversity reception and rugged components to achieve pristine audio signals at long range. This system includes the UCR411A camera mountable receiver and HMa Digital Hybrid plug-in transmitter.The UCR411A is a portable, camera mountable receiver designed for professional audio applications in the field or indoors. The receiver is completely compatible with all 400 series wireless transmitters and provides 256 selectable UHF frequencies across a 25.6MHz tuning range. Smart Diversity reception reduces RF interference and dropout and a built-in RF spectrum analyzer searches across the entire 25.6MHz tuning range, locating the strongest possible frequencies in the area. The clear frequencies are marked and displayed on the backlit LCD. Balanced XLR output provides maximum output gain with minimal noise and the receiver is powered with internal 9V batteries or external DC power supply.The HMa Digital Hybrid Plug-in Transmitter is a UHF transmitter with 256 user selectable UHF frequencies and digital hybrid signal transmission for optimum range while minimizing noise. Incoming audio signal is digitized at 24-bit resolution, eliminating the noise and artifacts associated with analog compandors. The result is greater range with minimal noise. Its XLR input is compatible with any microphone or cable featuring an XLR connection. The input level is variable, allowing use with low impedance mics and line level devices. The receiver features a comprehensive LCD and low cut filter. A full 100mW output power is achieved on a single 9V battery. - Lectrosonics UCR411A Digital Hybrid Wireless Compact Receiver (Frequency Block 23) The UCR411A Digital Hybrid Wireless Compact Receiver from Lectrosonics is a portable, camera mountable receiver designed for professional outdoor or indoor audio applications. It can be used when paired with a transmitter and microphone to capture audio for ENG (electronic news gathering), and EFP (electronic field production) functions, and more.All settings are made from the front panel with an LCD interface, making the unit ideal for use in Quad Paks, on sound carts, in portable bags, and in rackmount multi-couplers. The receiver is compatible with all 400 series wireless transmitters and provides 256 selectable UHF frequencies across a 25.6 MHz tuning range. SmartDiversity reception reduces RF interference and dropout and a built-in RF spectrum analyzer searches across the entire 25.6 MHz tuning range, locating the strongest possible frequencies in the area.Furthermore, a balanced XLR output provides maximum output gain with minimal noise and the receiver is powered by two internal 9V batteries or external DC power supply. The machined aluminum housing and panels are surfaced with electrostatic powder-coated and anodized finishes with laser etched markings to withstand the rigors of field production. - Lectrosonics HMa UHF Plug-On Wireless Transmitter (B1: 537.600 to 614.375 MHz) The HMa from Lectrosonics is a UHF plug-on transmitter that accepts mic or line-level signals via a standard XLR connector. It has selectable 5, 15, & 48V phantom power and can be used when paired with a Lectrosonics receiver and handheld microphone - sold separately - in applications for ENG (Electronic News Gathering), EFP (Electronic Field Productions), interviews for broadcast TV, and more. The input amplifier of the HMa transmitter uses an ultra-low noise op-amp for quiet operation and is gain controlled with a wide range dual envelope limiter. A 24-bit A to D converter digitizes the audio, and filters the supersonic noise above 21 kHz. The resulting signal is encoded with a proprietary algorithm to produce an analog data signal for RF transmission. Featuring a wide tuning range of 76 MHz, with tuning steps in increments of 100 kHz or 25 kHz for up to 3072 frequencies, the HMa transmitter also covers three standard 25.6 MHz Lectrosonics frequency blocks. Each block provides 256 different pilot tone frequencies. Legacy analog wireless microphone and IFB receivers are designed to work in DSP compatibility mode, as well as some receivers from other manufacturers. Finally, the transmitter is powered by two AA batteries, with status indicated by a multi-color LED. A USB port is also provided for firmware updates, and an IR (infrared) port is included to simplify setup with IR enabled receivers.
