Product description The Lectrosonics Dual Wireless, Slot-Mount ENG Wireless Microphone Kit from includes a dual-channel Lectrosonics receiver built into a single slot-mount housing for video-camera-receiver slots or stand-alone use, two Lectrosonics SSM Digital Hybrid wireless miniature transmitters, a Lectrosonics SRSUPER bottom-plate adapter with a DB25 connector for SR receivers, and two Sanken COS-11D omnidirectional lavalier mics with hardwired LEMO 3-pin connectors and normal sensitivity. This kit can be used in several environments for ENG (Electronic News Gathering), EFP (Electronic Field Productions) and other audio applications. Each SRc receiver is equipped with Digital Hybrid wireless technology that provides compandor-free audio quality and compatibility with other wireless systems. With Stable RF performance over a wide temperature range, it is well suited in rough environmental conditions. Additionally, the kits SSM transmitters have selectable 25 or 50 mW RF output, 3,072 available frequencies across three standard frequency blocks, and is built to accept mic or line level signals. The LED indicators on the membrane keypad allow you to monitor precise gain adjustments and settings. Furthermore, the black, Sanken COS-11D omnidirectional lavalier mic is built with normal sensitivity and is hardwired with a LEMO 3-pin connector for wireless transmitters. It is designed for capturing audio in various applications such as broadcast TV, theater, film, video recordings, and more. Finally, the SRSUPER is a bottom-plate adapter that has a DB25 connector for SR receivers. It is designed for cameras with a SuperSlot docking system and makes the internal connections with a unislot connector. - Lectrosonics SRc Dual-Channel Slot-Mount ENG Receiver (A1: 470.100 to 537.575 MHz) The SRc Dual-Channel Slot-Mount ENG Receiver from Lectrosonics consist of two separate receivers built into a single, ultra-compact housing with adapters for video-camera-receiver slots and for stand-alone use. They can be used when paired with a transmitter & microphone (sold separately) in various environments for ENG (Electronic News Gathering), EFP (Electronic Field Productions) and other audio applications. Each receiver features Digital Hybrid Wireless technology that provides compandor-free audio quality and compatibility with other wireless systems. The RF performance is stable over a wide temperature range, making the receiver perfectly suited in rough environmental conditions. The front panel has a menu-driven LCD interface and four membrane switches which are used to view and alter settings. In addition, the LCD window displays the pilot-tone indicator, diversity activity, RF level, audio level, and transmitter battery status for both receivers. Furthermore, a built-in spectrum analyzer scans across the tuning range of the receiver and displays a histogram of RF activity across the band. Areas of RF activity are easily recognizable. The two internal receivers can be operated separately and both have switching, antenna-combining diversity, or in tandem with ratio-diversity reception. Finally, a variety of output adapters and mounting options are available for camera-slot operation. The receivers are powered from an external 7 to 18 VDC source.
- Fits camera "slots," Lectrosonics Duopack adapter and Octopack multicoupler, and operates stand-alone with various adapters
- Dual-receiver design for two channels with phase switched diversity or single channel with ratio diversity operation
- Digital Hybrid Wireless with compatibility modes for use with other transmitters
- Tracking front-end filters for high performance in tough RF environments
- LCD with RF spectrum scanning
- SmartSquelch DSP-controlled, noise-based filtering and squelch
- DSP-based pilot tone for squelch control
- IR sync port for quick transmitter setup (LMb, LT, HHa, HMa, & SSM)
- SmartTune operation for quick and confident frequency selection
- 2 x Lectrosonics SSM Digital Hybrid Wireless Miniature Transmitter (A1: 470.100 to 537.575 MHz) The SSM from Lectrosonics is a miniature Digital Hybrid Wireless Transmitter with selectable frequencies across a maximum tuning range of 76.7 MHz and has selectable 25 or 50 mW RF output power. It can be used in applications where concealment in costuming is required or any other production such as for live stage, theater, houses of worship, reality TV, and more. The SSM features selectable frequencies in 100 kHz or 25 kHz steps yielding a total of 3,072 available frequencies across three standard frequency blocks. Its lithium-ion battery provides power and sits in a stainless-steel battery door that latches closed and cannot be jarred open accidentally. The servo bias input that is built into the transmitter accepts mic or line level signals and uses gain adjustments in 1 dB steps. The LED indicators on the membrane keypad allow you to monitor precise gain adjustments and settings. A built-in limiter in the preamp, handles signal peaks over 30 dB. This provides you with the maximum signal to noise ratio and minimum distortion for input, but still provides protection against input overloads. The SSM is compatible with earlier analog Lectrosonics receivers IFB, and some other receivers, from manufacturers that utilize the DSP emulation mode, which is selectable in the LCD menu. The SSM transmitter housing is constructed of machined aluminum and has a hard, black electroless nickel finish called ebENi.
- The SSM transmitter tunes across a range of over 76 MHz. This tuning range covers three standard Lectrosonics frequency blocks
- The transmitter operates from a 3.7V rechargeable battery that will provide about four hours of operation per charge
- The factory-supplied battery charger provides a folding NEMA 2-prong plug, and will operate from 100-240 VAC sources. The LED glows red during charging and turns green when the battery is fully charged
- The LCD is a numeric-type Liquid Crystal Display with screens for adjusting output power, frequency, audio level, low frequency audio roll-off, and various modes and options
- The antenna is a flexible whip made of galvanized steel, permanently attached to the transmitter to prevent damage from heavy use. The IR port is capped with a translucent dome material to broaden the reception angle. The input jack is a rugged 3-pin LEMO connector with a threaded locking sleeve
- An infrared sync port on the SSM allows for quick setup with compatible receiver systems. A micro-B USB port makes it possible for firmware updates in the field as advanced features are added in the future
- The SSM responds to remote commands for frequency, audio level, sleep modes, and other settings from the RM remote unit or 3rd party smartphone apps
- Lectrosonics SRSUPER Bottom-Plate Adapter The SRSUPER from Lectrosonics is a bottom-plate adapter for SR receivers used in SuperSlot docks. It includes the end plate adapter, blue bezel, gasket, and hardware set. It can be used in cameras with a SuperSlot Docking System and makes internal connections with a unislot connector.
- 2 x Sanken COS-11D Omni Lav Mic, Normal Sens, Hardwired LEMO for Lectrosonics Transmitter (Black) The black COS-11D Omni Lavalier Mic, Normal Sens, with Hardwired LEMO 3-pin Connector for Lectrosonics Wireless Transmitter, by Sanken, is for capturing audio. It is designed to be used for various applications such as broadcast TV, theater, film, and more.Delivering an audio performance that meets the standards of modern digital wireless microphone systems, the COS-11D addresses the noise issues associated with digital to ensure a pristine audio signal. Plus, the wide frequency response ensures accurate, transparent audio reproduction; and its omnidirectional polar pattern provides a generous pickup area while minimizing feedback and off-axis noise.Furthermore, an improved water-resistant mesh screen protects against humidity, perspiration, makeup, bad weather, etc. This COS-11D terminates in a LEMO 3-pin connector and is wired for use with Lectrosonics SSM transmitters. A metal windscreen, holder clip, rubber mount, and plastic case are included.
