Product description The Leica M-Mount Camera to PL-Mount Lens Adapter is a two-piece unit comprised of a lens mount adapter and a baseplate/handgrip that allows PL-mount cine lenses to be used on Leica M cameras. This mount allows you to take advantage of cine-style lens features such as minimal breathing, lack of image shifting, "click-less" iris adjustments, geared focus/iris/zoom rings, and larger focus marks when shooting with your Leica M.Due to the difference sizes of still and cine camera sensors, the effective field of view of PL-mount cine lenses changes by a factor of .667. For example, a 75mm PL cine-lens will have the field of view of a standard 50mm M lens. Note: Some telephoto cine-style lenses may vignette, always test for exact coverage. Table of Contents
