Product description The Lenovo 11.6" 16GB N23 Multi-Touch Chromebook is a durable, web-based, education-focused system designed for students. It features a built-in carrying handle, reinforced ports and hinges, a sealed touchpad, a water-resistant keyboard with mechanically anchored keys, and a non-slip textured surface. Powered by a 1.6 GHz Intel Celeron N3060 Dual-Core processor and 4GB of DDR3L RAM, it can efficiently multitask and quickly access frequently used files and programs. Like most Chromebooks, the N23 is equipped with 16GB of built-in eMMC flash storage, which lets you boot up and load applications within seconds.
Its 11.6" display is driven by integrated Intel HD graphics and has a 1366 x 768 resolution for clear HD content reproduction. A HDMI port lets you connect an additional display for enhanced multitasking capabilities or bigger viewing. Should you need more storage space, you can connect external storage solutions using its USB ports and its 2-in-1 media card reader. Other integrated features include 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, a webcam, microphone, speakers, and a 3.5mm mic and headphone combo jack. The operating system installed is Chrome OS.

- Using Linux as a base, Google designed Chrome OS to work exclusively with web applications. The user interface takes a minimalist approach, which greatly resembles the Google Chrome web browser. Chrome OS was built for people who spend a majority, if not all, of their time on the computer connected to the Internet. The only application that comes installed on Chrome OS is a special Google Chrome web browser with an integrated media player and file manager. All other applications are accessed by adding apps from the Google Chrome Web Store. Since Chrome OS relies entirely on Google's web apps and access to Google's services, it is highly recommended that you connect to the Internet to optimize your Chrome OS experience
