Product description The Lenovo ThinkCentre M715s Desktop Computer is designed for corporate and home office environments by coming armed with a Windows 10 Pro operating system along with a small form factor design. The compact system is equipped with an AMD Pro A6-9500 processor that sports two cores, operating between 3.5 and 3.8 GHz speeds, and 1MB of L2 cache to handle demanding database, spreadsheet, and image-editing software programs.
The 4GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM helps to ensure smooth multitasking and also allows the computer to quickly access frequently used files and programs. While the current memory configuration is one 4GB memory chip, there are four total 288-pin DIMM memory slots that will allow the RAM to be upgraded to 64GB, using one 16GB module in each of the memory slots. For long-term storage of your files, a 1TB 7200 rpm SATA 3.5" hard drive offers quick access to your data, and there is an empty 2.5" drive bay and M.2 slot for additional storage, plus an accessible M.2 slot for an optional Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module. Other notable features include three low-profile expansion slots that could accommodate one PCIe 3.0 x16 and two PCIe 2.0 x1 cards.
If you want to add external drives, printers, memory card readers, or other peripherals, the M715s Small Form Factor features two USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports with 10 Gb/s speeds, as well as four USB 3.1 Gen 1, two USB 2.0, and two PS/2 ports. The integrated AMD Radeon Integrated AMD Radeon R5 Graphics chipset delivers a sharp, clear picture while allowing for multiple simultaneous displays to be used via its single VGA and two DisplayPort outputs. Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the integrated Realtek ALC662 audio codec outputs high-definition audio and delivers high fidelity through five audio jacks.
