Product description Dedicated to the Canon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 IS II telephoto, this Realtree Max5 Lens Cover from LensCoat provides waterproof protection for your investment. It also safeguards against scratches and impact, while offering a thermal barrier to keep your hands warm in cold conditions. The cover is easy to install and remove, sliding on like a sleeve and leaving no residue on the lens. It has clear, flexible PVC windows over the AF and IS controls and the distance scale. A small hole lines up with the camera's mount indicator to make quick, easy work of aligning the lens with the mount.
Another benefit of the LensCoat is that it helps break up the shape of your lens, making it less noticeable to wildlife so you're less likely to scare them off. The cover is made in the USA from 100% closed-cell neoprene. Included with it is an additional piece designed for use when the lens is zoomed out to 400mm. This accessory can be attached and removed quickly via the touch-fastener strip.
