Product description The 3:2 Hawk Shroud from Letus35 can be used with the lens group of their other Hawk viewfinders, and is designed specifically for use with the Canon EOS 5D Mark III, but works just fine on similarly sized cameras. If you already own a Hawk Shroud you can unthread the lens group from it and thread into this shroud to use it on cameras of the same size and shape.
The Hawk Shroud is 100% custom designed from the ground up, and rather than using injection molded plastic, Letus35 choose to use CNC milled anodized aluminum for their view finder shroud. Aluminum is a light weight and strong material designed to stand up to the rigors of a production environment.
The 3:2 Hawk Shroud is compatible with the Canon EOS 5D Mark III in stock form, but should easily be compatible with other brands of video capable HDSLR cameras such as Nikon, Pentax, and Sony of similar size. It is a part of the completed Hawk Viewfinders, so only purchase this if you need to adapt your Viewfinder to be compatible with the Canon EOS 5D Mark III. Note: This is the shroud and Zero Riser only; it does not include the lens group and should be used with Letus35's 3:2 Hawk Viewfinders. Table of Contents
