Product description Leupold built the Mark AR MOD 1 3-9x40 Riflescope for short-to-medium-range shooting and outfitted it with a P5 BDC elevation dial for a .223/5.56, 55-grain FMJ projectile with a muzzle velocity of 3100 feet per second. The optical system features 3-9x zoom, Mulitcoat 4 anti-reflection coatings that reduce glare and increase transmission, and a linear field of view range of 33.5-14.1' at 100 yards. To help you compensate for wind drift and ballistic bullet drop, the scope offers a 60 MOA windage and elevation adjustment range with a 1/10 MIL impact point correction.
Expanding on the traditional Mil Dot, the Illuminated FireDot-G Tactical Milling Reticle features an illuminated green center dot. For increased ranging precision and accuracy, its hash marks are spaced at 0.5 MIL increments along the vertical and horizontal stadia. The green center dot is visible during day or night. Because of its location in the second focal plane, the reticle will remain the same in size as you change the zoom factor.
The aluminum housing is lightweight, durable, waterproof, and argon-krypton-filled fogproof. It is compatible with 1" riflescope mounting rings and has a lockable fast focus eyepiece with a low-profile tactile zoom lever, which helps you with an instant one-finger zoom adjustment. - Optical Performance
