Product description Levenhuk's 625 Binocular Biological Microscope is a lab-grade microscope with Siedentopf interpupillary adjustment, four achromatic objectives, and two pairs of eyepieces (10x and 20x), which together can produce high-resolution images with low color distortions at magnifications of up to 2000x. For improved image clarity, detail, and brightness, the optics are made of fully coated achromatic glass.Users should take note that its 100x objective ought to be used with a special immersion oil (included) to achieve maximum resolution and to prevent driving the objective into your slide. To augment the optical performance, the scope offers matching mechanical features as well. Its square specimen stage provides full motion control in two dimensions via Vernier adjustments and a lockable slide bracket. You can obtain bright and high-contrast images using its halogen illumination system with a 1.25 NA Abbe condenser and a filter wheel with one included blue filter, which can help contrasting certain features or structures of your specimens. For obtaining precise image sharpness, the scope provides both coarse and fine focusing, adjustable using the coaxial knurled knobs. - Optical Performance
