Product description Levenhuk's 700M Monocular Microscope is a lab-grade microscope that will work in most parts of the world, thanks to the built-in 110-220V compatibility. It is equipped with four achromatic objectives, and two pairs of eyepieces (10x and 20x), which together can produce high-resolution images with low color distortions at magnifications of up to 2000x. For improved image clarity, detail, and brightness, the optics are made of achromatic glass. Users should take note that its 100x objective ought to be used with a special immersion oil (included) to achieve maximum resolution and to prevent driving the objective into your slide. To augment the optical performance, the scope offers matching mechanical features as well. Its square specimen stage provides full motion control in two dimensions via Vernier adjustments and a lockable slide bracket. You can obtain bright and high-contrast images using its bottom 3W LED illumination system, a 1.25 NA Abbe condenser, and a filter wheel with three included filters (blue, yellow, and green), which can help in contrasting certain features or structures of your specimens. For obtaining precise image sharpness, the scope provides both a coarse and a fine focusing, adjustable using the coaxial knurled knobs. - Optical Performance
