Product description Levenhuk's D320 Biological Monocular Microscope and 3.1MP Camera includes a lab-grade microscope and a digital CMOS camera that easily attaches to the microscope's eyepiece. It allows you to capture images and videos in a variety of formats, save them on your computer, and adjust some of the more advanced imaging parameters such as white balance and exposure. The optical system of the microscope features four achromatic objectives (4x,10x, 40x, and 100x) and two pairs of eyepieces (10x and 16x), which together can produce high-resolution images with low color distortion at magnifications of up to 1600x. Users should take note that its 100x objective ought to be used with a special immersion oil (included) to achieve maximum resolution. For holding your samples, the scope offers a square specimen stage with full motion control in two dimensions via Vernier adjustments, and a lockable slide bracket. You can obtain bright and high-contrast images using its halogen illumination system with a 1.25 NA Abbe condenser and built-in iris diaphragm. For obtaining precise image sharpness, the scope provides both coarse and fine focusing, adjustable using the knurled coaxial knobs. - Digital Camera
