Product description Rock your field trip, lab, or classroom with Levenhuk's DTX 500 LCD Digital Microscope. This full-size digital microscope is built around a 5.0MP digital imaging sensor, capable of capturing high-resolution color images and videos at 30 fps. You can view them on the built-in 3.5" color LCD display or on an external monitor. The maximum magnifying power of 500x even allows you to study cellular structures. To make saving your findings and observations a seamless experience, the LCD module offers an easy-to-use control panel, a microSD slot (supports up to 32GB), and a mini-USB data port. To provide vivid and crisp images, the optics feature an all-glass lens system and an 8-LED illumination system with adjustable brightness. You are also empowered with fine and coarse focusing and a generous focusing range to ensure that no details are left unseen. This scope features an AV video-out port in the back.
This versatile device does not cut short on comfort and ergonomics. It features an arched frame to serve as a carry handle and packs a 1050mAh rechargeable battery for two hours of uninterrupted cordless operation. To provide enough room for movement, its sturdy wide polymer stage is extra-wide and offers two pre-loaded metal clips for securing your specimens. It also has printed graduations for accurate positioning and measurements. Using the knob on the right, you can move the stage up or down to reach an ideal sharpness of focus and then lock it with the left knob. - Image Sensor and TFT LCD Display
