The curvature of the display ensures that all points of the screen are equidistant from the eye offering an enhanced viewing experience. Whether working, gaming, or watching a movie this 21:9 display features a 3440 x 1440 resolution along with a 5 ms response time producing a clearer picture complete with reduced ghosting and blur. In addition to clarity and reduced ghosting, this LG monitor also covers up to 99% of the sRGB color spectrum for enhanced color accuracy. With OnScreen Control (OSC) and Split Screen 2.0 technology the display can be customized using Picture-in-Picture or Picture-by-Picture functionality to get a side by side view of your content.
Connectivity is key on any monitor, and the LG 34UC98-W doesn't disappoint. It comes equipped with dual Thunderbolt 2.0 ports, two HDMI (ver. 2.0) ports, one DisplayPort, and a dedicated USB 3.0 hub. The dual Thunderbolt 2.0 ports offer a bi-directional data transfer rates of up to 10-gigabits per second, as well as the ability to daisy-chain devices. USB compatible devices such as external storage drives, keyboards, mice, and even smartphones and tablets can be connected to any of the USB 3.0 ports.
