Product description The Super-Multi External 24x DVD Rewriter with M-DISC Support from LG enhances DVD-R writing performance at a maximum speed of 24x. You can plug in the Super-Multi optical disc and burn CDs at 48x and DVD±Rs at 24x speeds. This drive supports M-DISC which helps in archiving technology that offers reliability for data storage. The rewriter features Silent Play technology, USB 2.0 interface, Jamless Playback, and more. - 24x Writing Speed
- It enhances any system by providing higher level of disc writing performance at a maximum speed of 24x. This increased speed lets you burn more discs in less time, allowing you to manage time efficiently.
- Triple Compatibility
- This rewriter can read and write three types of DVD formats such as DVD+R, RW DVD-R, and RW DVD-RAM. This gives you the option to choose the media suited for each task.
- Data Protection with M-DISC Support
- The M-DISC which can be used in this drive uses a patented rock-like recording surface instead of organic dye to etch data onto a disc. It offers reliability for data storage and a permanent optical data storage solution.
- Silent Play Technology
- As a disc is being read, Silent Play technology automatically controls the disc read speed for optimal noise reduction.
- Non-Stop Playback
- Jamless Play automatically prevents interruption in video playback in case of damaged disc, such as scratches or fingerprints, by jumping through the erroneous data or damaged areas.
