The 6.0" QHD+ FullVision display features OLED and HDR10 technology for deep blacks and stunning contrast when viewing movies, TV shows, mobile games, or your own pictures and video creations. The display has a cinematic 18:9 aspect ratio, and the always-on mode lets you conveniently see the date, time, and notifications when the screen is sleeping. Further customize your display with a moveable/collapsible toolbar for app shortcuts and call notifications.
Running the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, this phone is powered by an Octa-Core processor (4 x 2.45 GHz and 4 x 1.9 GHz Kryo) and 6GB of RAM. You can store your apps, 4K videos, and HDR10 snapshots on 128GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded via an (optional) microSD card up to 2TB in size.

- This phone is designed to work on select GSM and CDMA networks and is 4G LTE capable. LTE is an advanced cellular network data protocol capable of data speeds so fast that they compete with wired broadband Internet providers. With an LTE connection, this phone should have no problem streaming HD video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high-speed data connection. The phone is also backwards compatible with 3G and 2G data for instances when you can't get LTE. In addition to cellular wireless, this phone also features Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

- The V30S is a US variant. The V30S's LTE radio is tuned to frequencies that are most often used in the United States and North America. It can also be used in other parts of the world; however, LTE access may be limited or unsupported, depending on the network. To ensure this phone will work with your carrier please check to make sure the frequencies your carrier uses are supported by this phone. - LG has constructed the V30S to be able to withstand the elements and survive the damage that can come from everyday use. The entire phone is IP68 rated for dust- and water-resistance, as well as passing MIL-STD-810G testing for shock-resistance. The sides of the phone are made from aluminum, and the front and back are encased in Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Even the rear cameras and CPU have their own protection. The rear cameras are protected by Gorilla Glass 4, and the heat pipe on the CPU absorbs and expels heat to minimize overheating. - Additional Rear Camera Features
