Product description Lights & Motion designed the Solite 250 LED Headlight as a lightweight yet powerful illuminator for safe outdoor running or walking. It has three standard outputs from 50 to 250 lumens, with three specialty modes including an emergency SOS signal. The light head is detached from the battery case so when used as a headlight most of the weight is placed in the back which relieves stress on the neck, and L&M includes a headband for hands-free use when running or walking. Its head attaches to the battery, which allows it to be used as a conventional handheld flashlight. The light and battery case are water and weather-resistant for use in wet weather, on the road, or on the trail. - Performance
