Product description This download of NevronMotion 1.0 Software from Lightwave by NewTek is a Windows and Mac compatible plugin for LightWave 3D with support for the separately sold Microsoft Kinect camera. With the Kinect camera, you can capture people, animals, or things in motion and then use the NevronMotion software to apply those movements to 3D models later or in real-time. Specifically, NevronMotion allows artists and animators to import, adjust, and apply motion capture data to existing 3D models in LightWave, as well as to models of your own creation. Any of these motion capture patterns or character models may be saved to NevronMotion's library for future use. NevronMotion enables users to make character adjustments to any pre-defined motion capture presets, or to any motion captures of your own creation. You may adjust the joints of your characters, including their shoulders, elbows, and knees, in order to create a more realistic looking animation. You may also fully customize any pre-defined motion capture preset, or create your own, which may be saved for later use with NevronMotion's user created motion capture libraries. Note: The educational version of NevronMotion is available to eligible students and faculty members who are able to provide proof of educational enrollment or staff status. - Live-Rig Motion with Microsoft Kinect Camera
- See your capture in realtime directly inside LightWave Layout
- Motion Capture Retargeting Directly in Layout
- Using the dedicated tools and Genoma rig, apply motion capture to your own characters
- Capture and Save Motions From Kinect
- Using the Microsoft Kinect device and NevronMotion, record your own motion capture files. These may be used with existing character animations, or you may create brand new ones which can be saved for later use.
- Easily Adjust Arm and Leg Positions After Motion Capture
- Animate additional movements on top of your motion capture, for extra control
- Save and Load Retargeting Presets for FBX, BVH
- NevronMotion ships with dedicated presets for industry standard BVH and FBX biped character setups, or custom setups
- Bake Out Motions onto Character Rigs
- The retargeting toolset allows you to bake motions back on to you characters
