Product description NAMM 2018: New Line 6 HX Effects Helix-Like Guitar Multi-Effects Processor for Your Pedalboard Read More ecvcvfbqwbvrxfsqybuevxdxvr Designed for electric guitar players, the Line 6 HX Effects is a pedalboard that takes algorithms from Line 6's Helix Series of hardware and software processing units and places them under your feet in a convenient form factor, accessible via eight capacitive-sensing footswitches. Also included within this multi-effects engine are legacy timbres from Line 6's M-Series and Stompbox Modeler pedals. Like other Line 6 units of similar stature, the HX Effects features assignable rotary encoder knobs and footswitches, with complementing LCD scribble scrips and color-coded LED rings that change depending on the effect activated. You can run up to nine effects simultaneously, editing and engaging them by means of the aforementioned controls. The HX Effects offers two different bypasses: True analog bypass, or DSP bypass, which allows the trails of your effects to fade to their natural conclusion. With 123 dB of dynamic range at your disposal, you'll be able to use the digital effects offered here with much dynamism and realism. Turn your attention to the rear of the unit and you'll note a bevy of connection points, including 1/4" mono/stereo I/O, send jacks, return jacks, and more. With MIDI I/O via two 5-pin DIN ports, you can use the HX Effects with MIDI switchers, or as the command center for your MIDI-enabled amp/pedal rig.
