Product description Line 6's Pocket POD is a portable multi-effects and modeling unit with 300 custom presets, created from 32 classic and modern amp models, 16 cabinet models, and 16 effects. It connects directly to an amp or PA system and is a practical solution for traveling light, living in tight quarters, and doing projects on micro-budgets.
Put your guitar through your own amp/cab combination, throw a rack or stompbox version of an effect on it, and do some deep editing on your computer via USB, using the free Vyzex software, and then store your creations in onboard presets. Also, for on-the-fly knob riding, a bright LCD helps with getting the job done.
Proprietary A.I.R. modeling captures the acoustical properties of the cabinets and rooms, for a multi-dimensional sound. For extra tweakage, Line 6 offers 3000 free downloadable presets created by world-renowned guitarists. While vintage AC-30s are merely a dream, you can emulate some Brian May realness with the Pocket Pod.
Battery-powered and compact, it's completely portable and connects directly to an amp or PA. For a quick warm up before the show, plug in some headphones and go. - General Features
