Product description The 1655/1055 AES/EBU Audio Delay and Digital Audio Processor from Link Electronics is a single digital audio processor that can be placed into an AES or analog audio path to add a selectable amount of delay of up to 2 seconds. The rack-card configuration can be used in a 1000-Series DigiFlex rack-mounting frame (sold separately). There is an eight-character display for showing the unit's function under adjustment. A rotary encoder, can be used to adjust the delay setting and input type. Two push-button switches provide easy adjustment of the 1655. In addition to the included 1055 rear cell, there are two other rear cells (available separately) that can be used to obtain audio delay and audio distribution for AES. The 1655/1055 will up convert from Analog to AES as well as down convert AES to Analog. All outputs are present with any input selected. The 1655/1055 AES/EBU Audio Delay and Digital Audio Processor is compatible with AES at the following sample rates: 32, 44.1, and 48 kHz. - Conversion, A to D and D to A
