Product description The AVS-816/VSDI 16x1 SDI Video Switcher from Link Electronics includes no audio functionality, although audio follows video functionality may be added at a later date with the desired module. This device is a video vertical-vertical interval switcher designed for professional applications. It features a modular design that allows it to be configured for analog of digital performance. SDI and analog switching modules for both video and audio may be mixed in any combination to meet your exact needs. When used with the separately available audio module, breakaway can be selected with a single switch on the front panel. Dual LEDs on the source-selection and follow switch indicate status. The unit features (3) internal jumpers for configuration of its parameters. It can be controlled via RS-232 or RS-422/485. Interface standards are selectable using an internal DIP switch. A remote control panel is also available separately. The system may also be managed with an optional GPI interface. - This solution features (16) SDI inputs and (1) SDI output
