Product description The DigiFlex 1170A/1070 1x8 SD SDI or ASI Distribution Amplifier from Link Electronics restores the incoming signal to its proper amplitude. The signal is reshaped with automatic equalization, re-sliced and DC restored. The amplifier comes with a removable rear cell which provides eight outputs. A module fault LED on the front edge of the module indicates that the input signal level is below a pre-set threshold. This threshold may be adjusted to suit the users needs. A second module fault LED is located on the rear cell and is therefore visible from the back of the equipment rack. A rear I/O module must be selected for the specific front signal module. The signal module and rear I/O module, with the flexibility of the frame, place virtually no limits on the versatility of the DigiFlex 1000 system. The 1170A accepts composite 143 Mb/s, component 270 Mb/s, and 16:9 aspect ratio 360 Mb/s standards. The module is transparent to the incoming signal data rate and has a fixed output level of 800 mV. - Re-shapes and equalizes incoming signal
- Features a fault indicator
