Product description The Link Electonics HAC-66 HD SD SDI to HDMI Converter converts a standard definition (SD) or high-definition (HD) Serial Digital Interface (SDI) to high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), thereby allowing you to monitor the SDI stream without the use of SDI monitors. You can also hear the audio embedded in the SDI stream.
Featuring a built-in SDI equalizer, the converter supports SD signals up to a distance of 500’ (152.4 m) and HD signals up to a distance of 250‘ (76.2 m) via cables. The automatic format detection detects the format of the incoming signal (SD or SDI) and converts it into an HDMI signal.
In addition to an LED to indicate the on/off status of the system, the HAC-66 HD SD SDI to HDMI converter has a power switch that allows you to turn off the unit without unplugging it. An external wall-mounted 12V DC power supply is included. - Converts a standard definition (SD) or high-definition (HD) Serial Digital Interface (SDI) to high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), thereby allowing you to monitor the SDI stream without the use of SDI monitors
