Product description The Link Electronics PRC-970 is a video processing amplifier; it offers the ability to produce a black burst output along with the processing functions. This unit will sync to an external source providing all the timing adjustments. - AGC
- A new approach to AGC is incorporated into the video and chroma level circuitry called DSR; the DSR constantly monitors the signal parameters and will keep each parameter within NTSC specified limits.
- Design
- This unit was designed to be used in studio and TV transmitter applications.
- Video Detect/Axillary Select
- This feature works when the primary signal is lost; the PRC-970 automatically selects the axillary input when primary signals are undetected. If no axillary inputs are found a Black Burst signal is generated and offered.
- RS-232
- When using the optional PSR-970 remote control can be utilized from up to 250 feet away.
- Rackmountable
- This device was designed to fit into a standard studio rack space.
