Product description Quickly extend the reach of your existing Wi-Fi network with the RE6350 AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender from Linksys. Simply plug this dual-band range extender into an empty electrical outlet and connect to the Internet on either the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz frequency. The less congested 5 GHz frequency is perfect for bandwidth-intensive tasks such as transferring large files, streaming HD content, online gaming and more.
The RE6350 also supports the 802.11ac networking standard with data transfer rates of up to 1200 Mbps at long distances to help eliminate dead zones. Once configured, built-in beamforming technology directs the wireless signal to each device for a more reliable Wi-Fi connection.
