Product description Protect your Sony a6500 and a6300 4K cameras and expand their video capabilities with the 6500NY Cage Mega Bundle from LockCircle. This bundle includes the 6500NY camera cage, a top grip handle, the MicroMega Kit 45, the LockPort Flex kit with MicroPort, and a Cinnabar 9-thread brick. The cage's asymmetrical design leaves the camera's right-hand grip and controls open for rapid and comfortable use. Numerous threaded holes along the top, bottom, side, and front of the cage allow for accessory mounting.Additionally, the top grip handle can support a 15mm rod and offers 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads all throughout its aluminum construction. The MicroMega Kit 45 allows you to mount the 6500NY Cage on a standard 15mm rod system. Moreover, the Cinnabar brick provides nine additional 1/4"-20 threads when the camera's original flash is not used.The integrated LockPort Flex sets the HDMI port output in the best position to reach viewfinders and monitors with an improved cable layout on your rigs. This helps improve gimbal balancing by minimizing unwanted cable pulling, and eliminates drag or erratic camera movements in your shots. The LockPort Flex comes with three micro-to-full-size HDMI cables (4, 6, and 8") to offer a variety of mounting options. The MicroPort further secures the camera port USB/HDMI connectors with safety locking, titanium knobs. - 6500NY Cage Kit for Sony a6300 & a6500 Cameras The 6500NY Cage Kit from LockCircle is designed to securely fit the Sony a6500 and a6300 4K cameras. The asymmetrical design keeps the right-hand grip and controls open for rapid and comfortable use. The camera's pop-out flash can be easily accessed without limitations. The camera baseplate features a receiver for attaching an optional Meta-Block mount for Metabones, and IMS-Block to support IMS-mounts for monolithic locking, designed to reach follow focus work without annoying mechanical plays of the bayonet. The aluminum cage sports several 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for attaching a variety of accessories with ease.
This lightweight camera cage is suitable for camera cars, drones, gimbals, or any heavy-duty mounting. The camera can be secured using the included titanium 1/4"-20 screw. The cage features several threads to mount the AC tape measurement hook, and offers vertical camera mounting option. The original camera (pop-out) flash works with the 6500NY without limitations. Additionally, the cage allows you to integrate the optional MicroPort micro-HDMI/USB connectors, and the LockPort Flex micro to full-sized HDMI output for secured connection when shooting in rough production environments. - BasePlate MicroMega Kit 45 The BasePlate MicroMega Kit 45 from LockCircle includes the MicroMega Mounting Base Plate, MicroMega Slider Kit, MicroMega Top Plate, 15mm Rod Mount with Titanium Knobs, and two MicroMega Risers 45.
The MicroMega is a height/length-adjustable, 15mm modular baseplate system supporting a broad range of camera sizes. With the MicroMega concept, your baseplate can follow a wide range of set-ups from a small, compact action camera to a bigger production camera. Using MicroMega, the standard 15mm rod distance (85mm from the lens optical center) can be adjusted precisely.
The Top Slider camera plate can be used in conjunction with the MicroMega Mount Plate for mounting the camera on a tripod head, shoulder rig, or car, using 1/4”-20 or 3/8”-16 screws. The MicroMega is CNC-machined from aluminum and comes with LockCircle's custom Titanium Grade 5 screws. The spring-loaded, indexable knobs are also custom CNC-machined from Titanium Grade 5, with a carbon steel spring for reliability. - 9-Thread Brick for 6300NY Cage (Cinnabar) Use this 9-Thread Brick from LockCircle to add nine 1/4"-20–threaded mounting holes to the 6300NY Cage. This CNC Machined, billet aluminum block mounts in place of the Sony Alpha a6300 camera's original flash.
