Product description The C270 HD Webcam (Black) from Logitech is a solid, easy-to-use way to record video or chat online with your computer. This webcam can stream or record sharp HD 720p widescreen video at an aspect ratio of 16:9. It features built-in RightLight technology so that your webcam will adjust to low light conditions. Making it great for video calls or IM chatting, the webcam has a built-in microphone with RightSound technology that neutralizes acoustic noise in your background so your conversations sound clear and natural. In terms of video chatting, the webcam is compatible with many IM applications, particularly Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and AOL Instant Messenger.
Beyond video, the webcam can also take snapshot photos at a resolution of 3MP. It's compatible with your Windows PC and is ready for use as soon as you connect it through your computer's USB 1.1 or 2.0 port. A USB 2.0 port is recommended, though.
For getting even more out of your C270 Webcam, you will also receive Logitech's Vid HD software and MAGIX's Photo Manger 9 software. VID HD is great for making easy, hassle-free video calls to your friends while MAGIX's programs allow you to manage and edit you photos or videos. - HD Video Calls
