Product description Play your favorite PC games with the Logitech G513 Backlit Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. Made of 5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy, the G513 was built to provide a minimal, sleek design in a sturdy, non-slip chassis. Using GX Blue, you'll have audible and tactile feedback for that traditional clicky switch. There is also a detachable memory foam palm rest that is waterproof and sweat-resistant so you can wipe it clean. LIGHTSYNC allows you to customize the G513 with approximately 16.8 million colors along with different animations and effects. You can also sync with other Logitech devices with LIGHTSYNC for a uniform setup look. - Logitech GX Blue Switches
- The GX Blue is a classic mechnical switch that provides a click when pressed. GX Blue delivers audible and tactile feedback, just like the traditional switches gamers are used to. They're ideal for those looking for the familiar "clicky" switch.
- LIGHTSYNC RGB
- The G513 can be customized from approximately 16.8 million colors, or with different animations and effects. They can also be synchronized with other LIGHTSYNC devices. Use Logitech Gaming Software to personalize lighting to match your rig, your gear, and your style.
- Memory Foam Comfort
- The memory foam palmrest quickly and fully recovers from pressure, so every use is as comfortable as the first. Soft, strong, and durable leatherette wraps the comfort foam in a waterproof and sweat-resistant material that easily wipes clean. Six bottom-mounted rubber feet keep it firmly in place.
- Aircraft-Grade Aluminum Alloy
- The G513 is crafted from durable 5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy, which allows for both a minimal design and a clean aesthetic. The rigidity of 5052 alloy also provides a sturdy, non-slip chassis that houses a full suite of features for a comfortable gaming experience.
- USB Passthrough
- The additional, dedicated USB cable connects the USB passthrough port to its own input for full power throughput and data speed. Plug in a device to charge or plug in a mouse to charge your adversaries.
- Full Function Keys
- Media and lighting controls are right at your fingertips. Use the FN key to control volume, play and pause, mute, toggle game mode, change lighting effects, and more. Use the FN toggle feature in Logitech Gaming Software and configure your function keys to perform these alt commands by default.

I sent the keyboard to thhe company and they said everything is fine with keyboard. and stiill I have this problem. please hhelp me and guide me how to fix.
btw: I installed both software and Ghub from logitech website and my account there.
