Product description The Logitech H570e Wired USB Mono Headset is designed for wired, over-the-head communication with a flexible microphone boom. Additionally, the Logitech H570e features multifunctional in-line controls for managing volume, microphone mute, answering, and ending calls. If you need to customize the headset's fit, you can do so with the Logitech H570e's adjustable headband. I had a problem with Paperport loading. Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
