| Subject: Problem | | Date: 24.02.2021 02:27:06 | Name: Peter Coombs | We are using this camera as the main recording for the church services. Last Sunday the camera was plugged in and was out of focus? Did a reboot and the camera came good and worked correctly. Today did the same thing but this time the camera stayed out of focus and has not corrected itself and is still out of focus. the Pan and Tilt respond to both the PC commands and the remote control. The focus/zoom does not work? Have tried three different programs and even another PC but no change. Have tried unplugging the power from the camera, no change. Have tried different camera settings, also tried different USB connections, no change. I need help ASAP as we require for next Sunday,
Thanks
