Product description The Kit includes Lorex's 8-Channel 1080p NVR with 2TB HDD, along with six 4MP outdoor night vision dome cameras. This kit enables you to record from and manage up to eight cameras. The recorder comes with a preinstalled 2TB HDD. Storage is expandable to 8TB. The included 4MP dome cameras are each equipped with a 2.8mm fixed lens that delivers a 101° horizontal field of view. The cameras are IP66 rated for outdoor use. - Lorex HD 8-Channel Real-Time Recording NVR with 2TB HDD Record video day and night in 1080p resolution with the HD 8-Channel Real-Time Recording NVR from Lorex. This pentaplex operating NVR with preinstalled 2TB hard disk drive allows you to connect up to 8 Lorex network cameras for comprehensive surveillance coverage of your home or business. The NVR's 8 integrated PoE ports provide power and transfer data over a single cable to the connected cameras, thereby reducing cabling while giving you more placement options.
In addition, the NVR supports full HD video recording at 1080p resolution, real-time recording at a rate of 30 fps per channel, and the FLIR Cloud: a free web-based service that allows you to remotely access your NVR's recordings and camera feeds over the Internet without requiring a network configuration, DDNS registration or port forwarding. Beyond allowing remote access through a Windows or Mac computer, the FLIR Cloud also supports remote play back and viewing from Android and iOS smart devices.
What's more, is that this NVR gives you the option to expand as your security needs evolve by allowing you to upgrade its storage capacity to two 4TB hard disk drives for a maximum of 8TB. This NVR also allows you to configure recording parameters to help conserve space on its preinstalled 2TB HDD by offering Continuous, Scheduled, and Motion recording modes, and it also features H.264 video compression, which allows you to optimize storage space by reducing resolution and other variables that contribute to the creation of larger video files. The NVR's HDMI video output connects this NVR to a HDMI TV, and its VGA output connects it to a CCTV monitor or a compatible display screen. Along with the NVR and preinstalled 2TB HDD, an HDMI cable, remote control, power adapter, mouse, and Ethernet cable are also included to facilitate installation. - NVR Compatibility
- *Please note that is NVR is compatible with Lorex IP PoE cameras only. It is not compatible with third-party IP cameras. For a full list of compatible cameras, visit Lorex's site.
