Product description The AP-4TB Audio Monitoring Base Station with Listen & Talkback from Louroe Electronics is designed for live audio monitoring from 4 zones, one at a time. This audio monitoring base station features a built-in 3" (76.2mm) speaker and a microphone for talkback to the remote area. Zone selection can be accomplished with a push button.The AP-4TB Audio Monitoring Base Station is designed to interface with a 24-hour time-lapse recorder (sold separately). Special filtering enhances the sound quality of audio during playback. The permissible distance between the AP-4TB Base Station and the speaker or microphones can be up to 1,000' (304.8m). It is a desktop model or can be rack mounted (19" / 482.6mm rack mountable using the RM-1935 SER Rack Mounting Kit, sold separately).The AP-4TB Base Station can be used in situations such as monitoring of jail cells, building peripherals, therapy labs, warehouses, classrooms, storage facilities, day care centers, or anywhere where CCTV cameras are installed. Note: When this equipment is used as part of an audio monitoring system, the law requires that the public be given notice of AUDIO MONITORING ON THE PREMISES. A decal notice is included with each microphone shipped. - Built-in 3" (76.2mm) speaker for monitoring both live audio and playback audio
- Built-in filter for improving playback from 12 / 24-hour time-lapse recorders (sold separately)
- Microphone output jack for each zone for connecting to a DVR (sold separately) with multiple audio inputs
- Built-in microphone for talkback to the remote speaker
- A 3.5mm headphone jack on the front panel
- Contains internal power supply for direct connection to a 120VDC source
