Product description The ASK-4 #501-TLI-CF Audio Monitoring Kit from Louroe Electronics is a single-zone audio monitoring system with bi-directional audio capabilities. It consists of a TLI-CF Speaker / Microphone, an AP-1 TB Audio Base Station, an AD-1 Plug-in Switching AC Adapter, and a Dual RCA Connector Cable.The AP-1TB Audio Monitoring Base Station is a single-zone non-alarming unit with listen and talkback functionality. As a system (with a Louroe speaker / microphone), it provides live audio with a built-in 4" (10.16cm) speaker and features a built-in microphone for talkback to the remote area. The distance between AP-1TB base station and speaker / microphone can be up to 1,000' (305m).The TLI-CF Speaker / Microphone is a 2-way talk / listen unit that can be used with various Louroe engineered systems for audio monitoring applications. It features a microphone and an 8” (20.32cm) speaker within a single housing. The microphone is an electret condenser type with pre-amp, omni-directional pattern and produces line level output. This unit comes with an 8W speaker with a 70V transformer. The speaker / microphone unit is designed to be flush mounted to a ceiling. It is suitable for use in hospital therapy labs observation rooms, cardio cath labs, corporate training sessions, lobby entrances, and municipal buildings.The UL listed AC Adapter supplies 12VDC and 500mA to the AP-1TB Base Station and the TLI-CF Speaker / Microphone. The Dual RCA Connector Cable is provided for making an input/output connection to a DVR / VCR for audio recording and playback. Note: Wire Type: West Penn 356 or equivalent
4-conductor cable consisting of 2 conductors shielded, 20 gauge with 22 gauge drain (for microphone connection) and 2 conductors unshielded, 18 gauge (for speaker connection), all in the same jacket.
