Product description The Louroe Electronics LE-769 Verifact DV Mic Level Microphone is designed for correctional facilities or areas where vandalism is rampant. The omni-directional microphone can pick up normal sounds approximately 15’ (4.57m) away if mounted to a wall, or within a 30’ (9.14m) circle if ceiling mounted. This mic level, low impedance microphone is mounted to the back of a single gang stainless steel face plate. The microphone is protected by a hooded audio port. The electret condenser microphone includes a pre-made 20’ (6.09m) cable with a stereo plug for direct connection to the audio input of the IP camera. The Verifact microphone fits into a standard single gang electrical box sold separately. Note: When this microphone is used as part of an audio monitoring system, it is legally mandatory to give a public notice regarding the audio monitoring on the premises.
