Inside its specious main compartment, a partition system forms an optional bottom section which accommodates an included Lowepro Gear Box equipment pouch. When the partition system is enabled, the space created above the Gear Box can hold a range of portable video, audio, or digital media equipment. Accessible through a zippered door along the left side of this backpack, the Gear Box's own zippered closure opens to reveal a panel with dual pockets behind a row of attachment webbings. Frequently-used cords, adapters, and other essentials for the devices carried by the Urbex BP 20L Backpack can be inserted within the Gear Box's webbings, keeping them organized and easy to reach, while the dual pockets offer room for larger items such as hard drives or portable batteries.
When the Urbex BP 20L Backpack is worn, a dedicated compartment for 15" laptops rests directly behind the shoulders, followed by the main compartment, and a top-facing pocket for items that need to be accessed quickly and conveniently, such as a pair of sunglasses or music player earphones. The laptop compartment is positioned above the backpack's base to help minimize the effect of any bumps or shocks upon its contents, and within the main compartment is a pocket that holds a 10" tablet computer. Opposite the tablet pocket which is lined with pen slots as well as multiple organizer pockets, is a key ring clip, plus a zippered pocket that provides an area for separate storage within the main compartment.
The Urbex BP 20L Backpack can be carried using its built-in top handle, or by its adjustable shoulder straps. A zipper along the inner edge of the strap which rests over the wearer's left shoulder opens to reveal a pull-out smartphone pocket that accommodates even large-screen mobile devices. On the right side of the Urbex BP 20L Backpack opposite its pull-out smartphone pocket and Gear Box door is a stretchable pocket which can hold a water bottle.
Featuring a durable polyester construction, this backpack includes attachment webbings along the face of its front panel that allow for pouches with external straps such as the Gear Box to be clipped or tied to this bag's surface, when the entire main compartment is filled and cannot be partitioned. While traveling with a rolling case that features a dual-column telescoping handle, a pass-through band across the center of the Urbex BP 20L Backpack's rear panel allows this bag to be mounted onto such handles for added convenience. -
