Product description Built using the LulzBot Hexagon Hot End, the TAZ Single Extruder Tool Head v2 from LulzBot has been designed as a backup or replacement for the TAZ 5, or as an upgrade for the TAZ 4. It arrives fully assembled, has a nozzle diameter of 0.5mm, and can sustain temperatures up to 572°F, allowing it to handle 3mm standard filaments such as HIPS, PLA, and ABS, plus advanced filaments that include heavy-duty nylon, T-Glase, polycarbonate, and wood- and stone-like filaments. Thanks to its open filament format, new materials can be utilized with this tool head as they become available. Included are Wade's accessible extruder, the LulzBot TAZ extruder mount, and two fans, one for the heatsink and the other for the nozzle, helping to achieve finer detail with certain materials.
Please bear in mind that this accessory may require replacing the existing tool head harness on your LulzBot TAZ. General Features - This tool head is available as a replacement or backup for the LulzBot TAZ 5, or as an upgrade for owners of the TAZ 4.
