Product description Created for custom 3D printers and compatible with 3.0mm filament, the LulzBot v2 Hexagon Hot End Kit has a 0.6mm nozzle that delivers faster, stronger 3D prints. Designed as an upgrade for your RepRap or other DIY 3D printer, its all-metal construction raises the maximum extrusion temperature to 572°F, and a lengthened heater block increases the melting zone to allow faster and more reliable printing. There is also a compact cooling zone that helps provide cooling without sacrificing build area. Included is a 24V ceramic heater cartridge, an NTC 100K thermistor, an aluminum mounting plate, and a non-terminated heater and thermistor wire extension. General Features - Print Exotic & Specialty Filament
- Use exotic and specialty filaments with confidence using the LulzBot v2 Hot End. This 0.6mm nozzle delivers faster, stronger 3D prints. It is also capable of fine layer heights of 0.05mm and as large as the nozzle diameter.
- Compatibility
- The LulzBot v2 Hexagon Hot End is not a drop-in replacement for the LulzBot TAZ or LulzBot Mini due to wiring differences that require additional steps for use. It is designed for RepRap and DIY 3D printers. If you need assistance with your tool head, please contact the LulzBot support team.
- Recommended Item
- This LulzBot v2 Hexagon Hot End requires active cooling. LulzBot recommends using the same 5.5V Micro Blower that they use on their LulzBot TAZ and LulzBot Mini 3D Printers.
