Product description The ez-Caster EN8 8-Channel H.264 Video-IP Encoder from Lumantek consists of 8 HDMI inputs and one IP output. It supports H.264 video compression and MPEG-1 Layer2, MPEG-2-AAC,MPEG-4-AAC for audio compression. It connects to a maximum of 8 satellite or cable STB for HD video signal and then distributes it over an IP based network, such as LAN and Intranet. Furthermore, the encoder turns an HDMI video stream into a network video system and enables users to view live images and HD video using a video management software on any local IP STB or remote computer on a network. - H.264 real-time hardware encoding
