Product description The Lumedyne ZK44 400W/s Basic X-tra Fast Kit was put together by B&H to provide a location kit for action oriented shooters. It is backward compatible with boosters, high speed modules, chargers and flash heads. Existing heads plug directly into the pack, while the Signature Series heads use an extension cord or head cable to plug into the pack.The Basic Pack offers a 4-light battery gauge and 7 F-stops of manual control through one or two flash heads. It operates with one main control and an On/Off button for the battery gauge. This pack is for manual exposures or can be teamed up with an Auto Module for an automatic F-stop selection. The head included in this kit has a 25 Watt modeling light, and can handle up to 800W/s of stored power. - Lumedyne P4BX Power Supply The Lumedyne Signature Series power packs are the natural evolution of the existing Lumedyne system. Existing boosters and high speed modules are compatible. Existing heads plug directly into the pack, while the Signature Series heads use an extension cord or head cable to plug into the pack. Packs are available in 200 w/s or 400 w/s. Basic or Deluxe Packs can be purchased with fast or "x-tra" fast recycling. These can be purchased individually or as part of a kit. The Basic Pack offers a 4-light battery gauge and 7 F-stops of manual control through one or two flash heads. It operates with one main control and an On/Off button for the battery gauge. This pack is for manual exposures or can be teamed up with an Auto Module for an automatic F-stop selection.

Power up to 2400 w/s by switching to a 2400 w/s flashtube. Adapters are available to run the Quantum Q-flash X(2) up to 400 w/s. - Asymmetrical Distribution

- Lights up during recycling and goes out when the pack has achieved 100% charge.
- Lumedyne HEBC Lamphead Lumedyne Signature Series Flash Heads - More strength, features, and longer warranty. Deluxe Heads offer TTL by using Metz TTL Adapters.Signature Series flash heads are strong enough to support large softboxes, yet light enough to be hand carried on a bracket.Lumedyne's new flash heads are packaged in a new durable square design. They are weather resistant. They have a green ready light next to the test fire button to show when it's ready.The head cable is sold separately. A Lumedyne Head Cable must be used to connect the head to the power pack. New head connector cables are those sold within the last year. They are identified by a red Touch Fastener cable tie, and are TTL compatible. Cables made before that time will work but not provide TTL. Cables are available in lengths of 5, 10, or 20' straight cords or a 3-7' coiled cord.Lumedyne Signature Series heads can be powered up to 2400 w/s limited only by the 800 w/s or 2400 w/s flashtube. Sync through either the H-Plug or Mini Phono Sync Jack.A switchable modeling light, for use in dim ambient light, is standard. An indicator on the back of the head will illuminate when the modeling light is on. Deluxe heads offer TTL and a Volume Controlled Audible Recycle Indicator. It can be used with Metz 45 style TTL connector for Metz brand SCA TTL adapters.

- Lumedyne 7' Head to Power Pack Extension Cord - Coiled For Lumedyne's Modular Systems, the LU035 Head to Power Pack Extension Cable increases the length from the Head to the Power Packs.
- Coiled cord design retracts to compact size when full extension is not required.
- Low resistance conductors allows for less than 1/4 stop loss at twenty feet or less with shorter head cables.
- Lumedyne female and male locking system connectors at each end extends distance of head from power pack.
- Lumedyne Medium Battery with Pepi The Medium Battery with Pepi Charge Control is Lumedyne's standard battery. It provides 200 flashes @ 200W/s. It is the minimum battery required for the X-Tra Fast Series of Lumedyne Power Packs.

- All of the batteries carry an 8.3 Year Pro-rated Performance Warranty.

- Empty "Kompartments" for your cells are available by putting a "K" in the catalog number (i.e. #024K)
Change batteries quickly with snap-locks. - Lumedyne Coiled PC to Household Sync Cord (2-5') This Lumedyne Coiled PC to Household Sync Cord has heavy duty connectors at both ends assures proper and constant connection is maintained.
- A heavy duty sync cable stretches from 2' (0.67m) to 5' (1.67m).
- "H" style "household" plug connection at one end and a standard PC connection at the camera end.
- Lumedyne International Single Quick Charger CQ1P The International Single Quick Charger CQ1P from Lumedyne is a multi-voltage charger that will provide power to Lumedyne batteries all over the world. The charger offers fast charge times and comes with plug adapters for the USA, Europe, UK, and Australia.This charger has the same battery compatibility limitations as the Hyper Charger for use only with batteries with serial numbers higher than 149300 (made in 2002 and beyond). The batteries made since 2013 started new serial numbers at 10000 and are compatible with all generations of the Lumedyne Chargers.
