Product description The LumiQuest SoLite 200 Solar Powered Lamp is a solar-powered light source offering a green alternative to kerosene lanterns or generators. With zero emissions and a negative carbon footprint, this little gem can provide essential light for camping, boating, or power outages. Made of rainproof ABS plastic, the SoLite will actually pivot toward sunlight for charging, providing six hours of light once fully charged. The SoLite comes with a high-temp AA battery and a 6" bungee ball for mounting. - Solar Panels
- Not all solar panels are created equal. The SoLite uses high-efficiency American-made solar panels to keep the light small, which means SoLites are lightweight and long-lasting.
- Lasting Materials
- SoLites have blended ABS plastic so they won't warp in extreme temperatures. The copper wire has multiple layers of stainless steel to prevent rusting and the globes are shatter-resistant polycarbonate. With proper care the SoLite can last up to 10 years.
- High-Temp Battery
- The custom NiMH rechargeable/replaceable battery can withstand heat up to 131°F (55°C) and maintain charging efficiency.
- Battery Replacement
- No tools are needed to replace the commonly used rechargeable "AA" sized battery.
- Weather Ready
- Solar lights must charge outside, and harsh weather can come at any time. The SoLite can withstand rain showers but is not designed to be submerged underwater. The protective rain dome can be easily removed, allowing the SoLite to produce more light.
- Pivot Feature
- The SoLite can be pivoted to face direct sunlight for maximum efficiency.
- Smart Design
- SoLites are simple to operate, easy to hang/carry, and simple to use.
- Free Bungee Ball
- Included with every SoLite is a free 6" bungee ball to allow easy attachment to most surfaces like tripods, boat rails, inside tents, etc.
