Product description Designed for outdoor enthusiasts, nature observers, and hunters, the Luna Optics' LN-NVM5 5x50 1st Generation Night Vision Monocular can make a handy addition to your night gear and can be used as a handheld or tripod-mounted device for your activities. Featuring a 1st generation intensifier tube and five-element multi-coated optics, this device is designed to deliver crisp and vivid images while reducing distortions. To help achieve improved brightness in low-light conditions, the objective lens offers a wide 50mm diameter. With notable a 5.0x magnification, the optic also gives your eye a wide 15° field of view to look at, which helps to grasp more of a night scene.
The housing is ergonomic and has a rubberized covering that provides a secure and pleasing tactile contact. Being weather-resistant, it also protects your night monocular from damage due to adverse weather conditions. For securing the NVD to a tripod or for attaching accessories like an external long-range IR illuminator, the body also has a 1/4"-20 screw socket. - IIT and IR Illuminator
