Product description The Wired Keyboard for 30-Pin iDevices from Macally is a full-size keyboard that allows a wired connection to a 30-Pin iPad, iPhone or iPod touch. The keyboard has scissor-key switches for sensitive and responsive touch. It also has iOS device-specific multimedia and shortcut keys. It doesn't require any external power, since it draws power from your connected device. There are also LED lights that indicate when the caps lock is on, when your device is connected and when the battery is low. A viewing stand for an iPad is included, which holds the tablet in either portrait or landscape mode. The keyboard is Plug-and-Play, so it doesn't require any software.
