Product description Use the Makayama Movie Mount Kit with Wide Angle Lens for iPad Air from to expand the video and photo capabilities of your iPad Air. The Makayama Movie Mount fits around your iPad Air and adds a 1/4"-20 thread for tripod mounting, a 37mm threaded adapter for wide-angle or telephoto conversion lenses, and two cold shoes for mounting accessories such as a microphone or LED light. Included with this kit is a Helder EW-4537 37mm 0.45x Wide Angle Conversion Lens, which expands the angle of view that your iPad Air can capture, useful for landscape shots or when working in tight spaces. The lens has 49mm front threads for adding optional filters.
When in the Movie Mount, your iPad Air has a 9° forward tilt, making it easier for you to see and work with video editing software while it is mounted on a tripod. The mount will also stand your iPad upright for desktop use. A free Movie Mount iPad app is available that gives you manual control of your video recording. Additionally, the Movie Mount is fully compatible with Apple's Smart Cover in case you already have one on your iPad Air.
