Product description For medium-format shooters looking to get a little wide, Mamiya Leaf has the Schneider Kreuznach 55mm f/2.8 LS Lens which provides a relatively normal look with minimal distortion that makes it great for editorial work and location photography. It has a fast maximum aperture of f/2.8 for depth of field control and can be stopped down to f/32 for deep focus. Also, it has a 34mm equivalent focal length along with autofocus and manual override. Additionally, it has an integrated leaf shutter which allows for flash sync with shutter speeds up to 1/1600 second.
The lens features a 7 element in 6 group optical design and can achieve a minimum focus distance of just 1.5'. It also comes with a bayonet lens hood and has a front filter thread of 72mm. - Wide angle lens is compatible with Mamiya 645 AF mount medium format camera bodies.
- Leaf shutter design permits flash sync at all shutter speeds up to 1/1600 sec. for high-speed sync control.
- Both autofocus and manual focus operation is available.
