Product description The Profoto Air Sync Transceiver from Mamiya an ideal way to trigger flash heads or packs without built-in receivers using Mamiya's 645DF digital camera outfitted with their Air Sync-integrated V-Grip Air. Able to function as a transmitter or receiver, the 8-channel unit is designed to work with all gear having Air Sync technology. The transceiver has a range of 300', uses the 2.4 GHz frequency and can sync up to 1/250 second with a focal plane shutter camera, and 1/500 second with a leaf shutter camera. The AAA batteries that power it have an approximate life of 10 hours in fast transmit mode and 140 hours in normal mode. Battery life in receive mode is approximately 30 hours.
